Article Publishing Guidelines

  • The article must be between 600-1,000 words.

  • The article cannot be written like a sales pitch, it must be neutral/informational.

  • The article must have a specific topic, no general articles allowed.

  • Article should be written in Third Person (he/she/they) narration.

  • A maximum of 4 hyperlinks to offers or website are allowed. Links must be included in the draft submission for review.

  • Avoid bullet point lists or fragmented texts as they will not be accepted by some news outlets.

  • Exclude contact info from the article as you will be uploading that separately.

  • Must be in English.

Prohibited Topics for Articles

  • Illicit Drugs

  • CBD

  • Politically charged content (PR Articles for politicians allowed without mention of candidacy)

  • Satirical or slanderous articles

  • Listicles mentioning multiple entities (depending on wording)

  • Content prohibited by Social Media Sites

  • Pornography-related articles

  • Explicit content

  • Cryptocurrency. NFTs, blockchain technology and the like

  • Unverified Pharma/Pharmaceutical related articles (Unverified with therapeutic/medicinal claims)

  • Gambling, including online betting and gambling sites

  • Offers about moneymaking opportunities (moneymaking schemes)

  • Offers to purchase specific stocks

Press Releases

Press Release Publishing Guidelines

  • Topics must be news, not advertorial

  • Biographies and feature articles are not allowed

  • No other celebrity names unless they provide consent form

  • No public company news

  • No mentioning other brands or competitors

  • No keyword spamming (over hyperlinking to try and increase searchability)

  • No advertisement releases (no mentioning of pricing of products or links going back to a pricing page)

  • No "get rich" articles talking about how to quickly make money

  • No content from FIVERR

  • No articles promoting vitamin/supplements content

  • Topics must be news, not advertorial

  • Biographies and feature articles are not allowed

  • No other celebrity names unless they provide consent form

  • No public company news

  • No mentioning other brands or competitors

  • No advertisement releases (no mentioning of pricing of products or links going back to a pricing page)

Prohibited Topics for Press Releases

  • Betting

  • Credit scores

  • Reports

  • Ratings

  • Voodoo or Religious matters

  • Crypto

  • Racism

  • Politics

  • CBD

  • Gambling

  • Lifestyle and Arts and Culture-related topics such as travel, health, leisure, house and home, personal finances, fitness, green living, cosmetics, cooking, interior design, gardening, hobbies, handcrafts, work-life balance, etc are not allowed unless they are part of business, product, or service announcements.

  • Sales or marketing terms with specific keywords like “buy” or “free” or “free trial” or “discount” or “money back guarantee” or “money-back” or “act now” hyper-linked within the content are not permitted within the content.

  • For artists, mention of songs or platforms with explicit content is not allowed.

  • Draft/content are subject for review and will be rejected if deemed not fit for the publications.

Article Images

In order to maintain a consistent and professional reading experience, our publishing partners have established firm image guidelines. This article will walk you through the do's and don'ts of submitting images for your News Anchored articles.

Image Requirements

  • Required Dimensions: 1200x600 pixels

  • File Type: JPG or PNG

  • Landscape (horizontal)

  • Quality: High-resolution

  • Layout: Horizontal/Landscape

  • Maximum Number of Images: Two images per article

  • Images may be used for multiple articles, however, this is discouraged and we may ask you to submit a new image

Stock Photos

While there are numerous stock photo services available, the specific providers listed below are chosen for compatibility with our publishing partners' licensing agreements. Unfortunately, utilizing images from other platforms, such as personal accounts on iStock, Canva, or Getty Images, presents copyright challenges. Licenses purchased on individual accounts are not transferable and cannot be shared with us.

Acceptable stock photo services include:

  • DepositPhotos

  • Unsplash

  • Pexels

Photo Credits

All submitted images must have complete photo credits according to our publishing partner's guidelines.

Acceptable photo credit formats include:

  • Client name

  • The subject of the photo

  • PR firm name (if applicable)

  • Photographer/photography studio name

Photo Licensing

  • Submitted photos must be licensable for use in distribution and promotional content by the publications

  • We offer access to a library of licensed stock photos through Unsplash (send us the Unsplash link if image is only available through a Pro account)

  • You can browse and select an image directly from Unsplash and simply insert the image link into your intake form.

Accepted Images

  • A clear and crisp photo

  • Contains no more than 50% of negative space

  • If the subject is a person - they must be visible from the top of the head to the shoulders

  • Company Logos or legible words can be used to fill space

REJECTED Images

  • White, transparent, empty, solid, or single-color backgrounds

  • Blurry photos

  • Texts that are blurry or too small

  • AI-Generated images

Important: When photographer/photography studio names are included, our editorial team will verify potential copyright concerns.

Examples of REJECTED Images

The subject is not fully visible to the shoulders

Explicit/sexual images

Solid-colored or gradient backgrounds

Examples of Acceptable Images

Subject fully visible with background space filled (>80%).

The logo is clearly visible.

Negative space does not exceed 80% of the image.
